  1. Sign Management Agreement
  2. Confirm current insurance policies
  3. Take photos of property
  4. Write advertising copy
  5. Place advertising
  6. Attend to enquiries
  7. Conduct viewing appointments
  8. Provide owner with weekly feedback
  9. Process application
  10. Present to owner for approval
  11. Conduct ingoing inspection report
  12. Prepare new lease documentation
  13. Sign up tenant
  14. Confirm tenant’s sign up with owner
  15. Advise strata company if applicable
