  • A rigorous ingoing and outgoing inspection will be completed (including photographs) whenever a tenant moves in or out to ensure the condition of the property.
  • Rent reviews at no extra cost to maximise the return on your investment.
  • Rigorous quarterly inspections of all rental properties to ensure they are being maintained to the highest possible standard.
  • Licensed and qualified tradespeople will carry out any repairs required for your property.
  • We will pay all of your expenses for your rental property for you included Council Rates, Water Rates and Government Levies.
